Conferences, incentives and gala events across Georgia and Azerbaijan — venues sourced by capacity and layout, and full event production, sourced from vetted suppliers and managed end to end by our team.
What we run, and what we contract
We design the programme and run it on the ground in both countries with our own team: delegate logistics, arrivals and departures, the rooming list, the on-site operations lead and the escalation number. Venues, audiovisual and staging, catering, entertainment and transport are contracted from vetted local suppliers and managed by us on a single contract. We own no venues and no vehicles.

- 4: Baku, Batumi, Gabala, Tbilisi. Per-layout capacities — theatre, banquet, hall count — are published by city.
- Both countries in-house
- Georgia and Azerbaijan are run by our own team. Neither country is subcontracted to a separate local DMC.
- Guide languages
- 11: English, Russian, Arabic, German, French, Hindi / Urdu, Persian, Turkish, Chinese, Polish, Korean. Of these, 5 are year-round in Georgia and 6 in Azerbaijan; the full availability table is published on the guides page.
- Transport
- No owned fleet. Vehicles and drivers are contracted from vetted local operators — sedans through 55-seat coaches, plus 4×4 for mountain roads.

Venues
We source conference and gala space to your delegate count, layout and budget across Tbilisi, Baku, Batumi and Gabala — theatre, banquet, classroom, cabaret and reception. You get options matched to real hall areas and per-layout capacities, summarised by city, rather than a brochure of hotel logos.
Event Production & Entertainment
Technical (sound, staging, lighting, LED walls, projection), entertainment (DJs, live bands, Georgian dance ensembles, MCs), décor & branding, and cultural programmes (supra with tamada, wine ceremony, polyphonic choir). We source and manage — one contract, one accountable team.

- Yes — we source venues by delegate count and layout and manage full event production end to end: transfers, hotels, AV, catering, gala dinners and off-sites, all on one contract with one accountable team.
- How large an event can you handle?
- The largest single group we have handled is 500 pax, in 2025. The venues we source run from small board meetings up to halls seating several hundred theatre-style; per-layout capacities are published by city. Tell us your delegate count and format and we come back with matched space and a production plan.
- Do you run incentive trips?
- Yes — incentive programmes are core to our MICE work: themed itineraries, exclusive experiences, team-building and rewards built around your group and budget.
