Meals & Entertainment
The meal is the event here. A Georgian supra is not dinner with a show bolted on — it is toasts led by a tamada, polyphonic singing that is on the UNESCO list, and food that keeps arriving. We arrange the real thing, from a family table in Kakheti to a five-hundred-seat gala.
A real supra, with a tamada
The Georgian feast, hosted properly: a tamada to lead the toasts, a table that does not stop filling, and the pacing that turns a dinner into an evening. We arrange it at a family home in Kakheti, a Tbilisi cellar, or your own venue — sized from two guests to a full group.
Music that belongs to the place
Georgian polyphonic singing — three interlocking voices, recognised by UNESCO — performed live at your table, not piped in. In Azerbaijan, mugham: the modal, improvised classical music that is equally protected. We book the ensembles that do it for a living.
Dance & performance
The Sukhishvili-style national ballet — the leaps on pointe, the men on their knees — for a gala stage, or a smaller folk troupe for an intimate room. Fire, sword and Adjaran dances scaled to the space and the budget.
Wine, chacha and the cellar
Georgia claims eight thousand years of winemaking and the qvevri method to prove it. We arrange guided tastings, a qvevri opening on the farm, chacha with the family who distils it, and a sommelier-led dinner where each course has its glass.
Hands-on: cook it yourself
Khinkali folded at the counter, khachapuri from scratch, churchkhela dipped and hung to dry — a cooking class with a local family or chef, ending in the meal you just made. A favourite for groups and for kids.
Every table is planned to your diet — halal, vegetarian and Jain menus are standard, not a special request.
